Who We Are

Worklink operates a marketplace and communication platform for users to create profiles, post listings, submit proposals, message each other, manage work activity, and use related account features. For privacy questions, contact hello@worklink.mn.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account, editing a profile, posting listings, sending proposals, messaging other users, signing contracts, using wallet features, leaving reviews, uploading documents, or contacting support.

If you sign in with Facebook, Google, or Instagram, we receive basic profile information needed to authenticate your account, such as your social account id, name, email address when provided, avatar, provider name, and verification status. We may also store technical data such as device, browser, IP address, session, security, and usage logs.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, create and manage accounts, enable listings, proposals, chat, contracts, payments, reviews, notifications, customer support, safety checks, fraud prevention, service analytics, platform improvement, dispute handling, and legal compliance.

Information Visible To Other Users

Marketplace information may be visible to other users when needed for the service. This includes public listings, profile names, company names, ratings, review summaries, proposal details shared with the listing owner, contract-related status, and messages shown to conversation participants.

Service Providers And Legal Sharing

We may share limited data with service providers that help operate hosting, authentication, analytics, messaging, payment, security, and support features. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to respond to valid legal requests. We do not sell personal data.

Data Retention And Deletion

We keep account and marketplace data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, keep financial or contract records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and related social login data through the User Data Deletion page. Some records may be retained or anonymized where required for fraud prevention, financial records, dispute handling, security, or legal obligations.

Your Choices

You can update profile information in your account, stop using social login, request account deletion, or contact support for privacy requests. You may also remove Worklink from your Facebook, Google, or Instagram account settings, but removing an app from a social account does not automatically delete Worklink-side records; please use our deletion request process.

Security And Children

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account data, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Worklink is intended for users who are old enough to enter into account and marketplace activity under applicable law, and it is not directed to children.
